This report is necessary within the building industry these days as builders of both custom and project homes have been cutting corners to save themselves both time and money. We will document anything that is a defect or even close to the set of tolerances used in the industry which could affect the overall aesthetics and functionality of your new building or renovation. This report can be used to achieve a better finish and highlight issues which may arise or which the builder has tried to cover up. It is vital that this inspection be conducted before signing the Practical Completion Inspection reports and handover documents.
